The Aluminum Flat Products Production Facilities operate on a total area of 310,000 m², 135,000 m² of which is covered, with a total capacity of 120,000 tons of flat products, 50,000 tons of which are painted.

Casting
The facility produces sheets and foils in different alloys (1000-3000-5000-7000-8000 series) and conditions, in requested sizes and surface properties (plain, embossed, ganged, painted, laminated).
It is one of only a few plants in Europe capable of continuous casting for the production of coils with a width of 2,200 mm and an outer diameter of 2,600 mm (approx. 26 tons). It is among the facilities with the highest technology in its sector with its special raw material loading vehicles, non-contact liquid metal mixing system, vertical liquid metal filtration systems and automatic plate profile measurement system.

Hadde:
It is the only facility in Turkey that can effectively roll 5000 and 6000 series hard alloys with the first 6-roll CVC cold rolling mill in the aluminum sector in Turkey. Thanks to the thickness control system at both the inlet and outlet of the rolling mill, which is a first in the aluminum sector in Turkey, material production can be carried out with thickness tolerances less than half of the European norms.

Coloring
The Flat Products Production Facility is one of the few facilities in the world that can perform roll painting with a width of 2,100 mm. Thanks to the embossing, static oiling, hot and cold lamination units on this line, a wide range of products can be reached.

Foil
2,170 mm wide foil at 2,000 m/min. is a world leader in its ability to produce rapidly. While always aiming to offer the best to its customers, it also aims to be the world leader in quality with its production capability starting from 6 micron thickness and by adding VCR (variable curved support roll) and hot oil system to the foil rolling mill.
