Aluminum Composite Panel is a building material generally used in the construction industry, consisting of a combination of two aluminum sheets and low density polyethylene filling between them. Adhesion of polyethylene to the aluminum sheet is ensured with adhesive granules. It has superior surface strength due to the painted upper aluminum sheet. The curtain wall material stands out with its outstanding product features such as providing a precise flat surface, surface and color diversity and excellent shaping properties.

The lightweight structure of aluminum makes the composite panel easy to transport and quick to install. It is also long-lasting thanks to its durability.

Aluminum composite panels have a wide range of color, pattern and surface options. This feature offers a wide aesthetic spectrum for architects and designers. It is painted in all kinds of colors with PVDF or Polyester coatings, including a wide range of metallic and non-metallic colors as well as patterns imitating other materials such as wood or marble.

Aluminum composite panels can be reinforced with special coatings and inner core materials to provide fire resistance and FR-B1 & A2 fire resistance.

It is resistant to weather conditions, UV rays and other external factors. This ensures long-term performance in exterior applications.

The aluminum composite panel line with an annual capacity of 4,500,000 m², which was added to our facility in 2013, can produce sheets with a thickness of 0.20 to 0.50 mm and a width of 1,000 to 1,500 mm.

– Special colors and sizes can be produced.

3. DURABOND

– It has 0.3mm thick aluminum sheet coated with HDPE paint.

– It can be used on exterior and is guaranteed for 15 years.

– Standard dimensions are 4*1250*3200mm.

– Special colors and sizes can be produced.

4. RALLBOND

– It has 0.2mm thick aluminum sheet coated with PE paint.

– It is an advertising material and should not be used on the exterior.

– Standard dimensions are 4*1250*3200mm.

– It is used in sign making in the advertising sector.
